Your responsibilities:

• Receiving and coordinating customer orders from initial request to invoicing and payment
• Preparing offers for testing and product certification
• Cooperation with Intertek global laboratories and external consultants
• Participation in meetings and direct contact with clients, supporting them with knowledge, experience and advise
• Constant update on regulations and market situation
• Monthly forecasting and keeping records on all activities
• Participation in complaint process
• Cooperation with Sales & Marketing departments, and support for Testing & Inspections Manager

Our requirements:

• Higer Studies, Master degree or equivalent
• 2-3 years of corporate experience, preferably in structured, international companies, in foreign and customer-facing roles, such as B2B Customer Service, Project Management, Service Coordinator, Export Sales Department, Logistics Operations
• Fluent in Polish, very good English (written and spoken)
• Good PC use and knowledge of the Office package
• Able to work in a multi-tasked/cultural environment
• Team player
